Whether you’re 5 or 15, nothing says “party” quite like a pool party! Helensvale Aquatic Centre has two packages to choose from – the Inflatable Pool Party for the ultimate splash, or the Splash & Play Pool Party for the original favourite. Both run for two hours with a minimum of 10 children and include entry for the kids plus adult spectators, a reserved seated area with table and chairs, and a party bag and juice box for everyone. Duration
Parties at Helensvale Aquatic Centre run for 2 hours of facility access. If you’d like more party time, you can add an Extra Party Hour for $100.00 when you book online.
Booking Guidelines
- All parties must have adult supervision at all times.
- All children 5 and under must be within arm’s reach at all times while in the water, and children aged 10 and under must be actively watched at all times.
- Children must be 5 years or over and be able to complete a short swim ability test to use the inflatable.
- A minimum of 10 children applies to all party bookings.

What is the cost of a party?
Helensvale Aquatic Centre has two party packages, both 2 hours with a minimum of 10 children:
- Helensvale Inflatable Pool Party – $220.00
- Helensvale Splash & Play Pool Party – $125.00
Optional extras you can add when booking online:
- $22.00 – Add an extra party guest
- $100.00 – Extra party hour
- $60.00 – BBQ hire
- $55.00 – Party pies & sausage rolls
- $5.00 – Peters ice cream of choice
- $2.00 – Slushee upgrade

What if I need to add extra guests to the list after I have booked?
Additional guests or siblings can pay for an access armband on the day of the party at the pool reception. If you aren’t 100% sure on numbers when you book, you are welcome to purchase additional wristbands at reception on the day.
Is it possible to rent a BBQ?
Yes. BBQ hire is available as an optional extra for $60.00 and can be added to your party when you book online.
Cancellations
All applications to cancel, amend a date or request a refund on any booking must be made with 48 hours notice and will incur a $100 processing fee (non-refundable). Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or to enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
